Hornet Stadium tickets & upcoming events

Hornet Stadium in Sacramento is where the magic happens for Sacramento State Hornets fans and visitors alike. It’s more than just a sports venue, it’s a place with character, hosting everything from alumni reunions to big track meets like the 1998 USA Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championships, yeah, that was a big deal. One thing I love is how they’ve got this cool fan zone with interactive games and activities that make waiting for the game almost as fun as the game itself. Plus, the stadium’s nestled in a pretty scenic spot, with views of the surrounding campus and even some efforts to support local wildlife, which is kind of charming if you ask me. Getting there is a breeze if you take the campus running route from Davis, crossing the Yolo Causeway, just follow the signs. And speaking of the vibe, the stadium loves to dress up for big events with themed decorations, making everything feel extra festive. Whether you're after front-row seats, the plush amenities of the DCI VIP sections, or just looking for some budget-friendly options, tickets are available for every kind of fan. Honestly, there’s something about the energy here that keeps you coming back, it’s lively, it’s fun, and it’s definitely worth catching a game or event if you’re in Sacramento. Don’t wait too long, though, tickets sell out faster than you’d think for a night of live sports and entertainment at Hornet Stadium.
